Meet Robyn

A woman with black hair, glasses, and a smile, wearing a black blazer and white blouse, sitting outside by a large rock, with a cityscape background including buildings, trees, and greenery.

Robyn is a seasoned attorney who partners with growing, scaling businesses and nonprofits. She brings a unique combination of strategic insight, legal expertise, and operational leadership to the organizations she supports.

Robyn began her career in private practice, representing mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes contract disputes, employment litigation, and intellectual property matters. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she served as In-house Counsel and VP of Operations for a rapidly expanding national nonprofit organization. She built the organization’s legal infrastructure and advised executive leadership and the board on risk management, compliance, governance, and employment practices. She also scaled operations, workflows, and personnel functions as the organization doubled in size.

Today, Robyn partners with founders and leaders who want more clarity, less chaos, and the freedom to focus on the work only they can do. She is known for her sharp legal insight and keen understanding of her clients’ needs. She handles their contracts, employment matters, policy development, and the wide range of legal needs that businesses face as they scale.

In her operations role, Robyn designs sustainable systems that reduce risk and boost efficiency and equips teams with the tools and knowledge to keep them running smoothly.

Whether you’re starting up, scaling up, or stabilizing, Robyn brings calm, clarity, and practical solutions so you can move forward with confidence.

A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Robyn holds a J.D. cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
